2. Pay attention to whether the way the support rod is connected to the wiper rocker arm matches. Because some arms are fixed to the rocker arm with screws, while others are locked with convex buckles.

3. Pull up the wiper and touch the cleaned rubber wiper with your fingers to check whether it is damaged and the elasticity of the rubber blade. If the blade is aged, hardened and cracked, the wiper is not qualified.

4. During the test, place the wiper switch at various speed positions to check whether the wiper maintains a certain speed at different speeds. Especially in the intermittent working state, but also pay attention to whether the wiper in motion to maintain a certain speed.

5. Check the wiping state and whether the wiping support rod has uneven swing or missed wiping. If the following three conditions occur, the wiper is not qualified.

(1) is that the swing is not smooth and the wiper is not beating normally.

(2) is that the contact surface of rubber cannot completely fit with the glass surface, resulting in wiping residue.

(3) is that the glass surface is in a water film state after wiping, and fine stripes, fog and linear residues are generated on the glass.

6. Pay attention to whether the motor has abnormal noise during the test, especially when the wiper motor "buzzes" and does not rotate. This shows that the mechanical transmission part of the wiper is rusted or stuck. At this time, the wiper switch should be turned off immediately to prevent the motor from burning.

7. Some people think that the longer the length of the wiper blade, the larger the brush area and the better the field of vision. In fact, the wiper blade is not the longer the better. Although lengthening the length of the wiper blade can increase the visible range of the visual field, it will also increase the burden of the wiper motor and the wiper rod. Of course, it is possible to lengthen it, but it must not hinder the normal operation of the wiper.
